The Anker Soundcore Life Q20s are really a nice option for anyone looking for true wireless noise-cancelling headphones. Why choose true wireless over traditional headphones with a cord that goes over the head?
The answer to that is incredibly easy to understand. There is no cord running over your head. Instead, a thin wire protrudes from the earbuds and a battery pack (in this case, the speaker unit) clings to the user's ear.
This means that you no longer have any limitations regarding how you choose to wear it around your neck, or in your bag, or around the house. You don't have to worry about tangling in your gear, or getting tangled when you desire to put it on.
No getting tangled means that you have a much cleaner look, as well.
It is extremely lightweight, weighing less than 10-pounds with a full charge. It is also chargeable via USB, so you can use it anywhere you have a USB-outlet.
The headphones have an amazing 40-hour battery life, and offer a whopping three hours of active noise cancellation.
The sound quality of these headphones is really good as well. Although the active noise cancellation cuts down on the environmental noise such as that from traffic or another conversation taking place around you, you do have a little bit more ambient sound.
This is to be expected from active noise cancellation, and there are many people who prefer the sound of ambient noise over that of a sound from a streaming box, or an annoying person on an airplane.
The only real downside to the sound quality is that the bass seems to be somewhat distorted in volume.
